AUTHORS: Making the presentation of the research paper which will published by the journals.
LISTENER: Participating in the conference neither with presentation and publishing of paper.
A research paper covers maximum 6 pages (IEEE Format of Double Column) including introduction, figures, tables and references. Extra page charges is $50.00 USD per page.
$50.00 USD for each extra certificate because the conference provide only one certificate for the main authors.
After payment of registration fee, mail Payment Receipt to dr.pandey@ieee.org in order to get copyright email from IEEE.
IEEE will send you a copyright form on your email after your registration
After copyright submission, the Publication Chair will share the detailed steps along with the required header and footer to generate the Camera-Ready paper using IEEE PDF eXpress. Authors must ensure that all reviewer comments and suggestions are fully incorporated before submitting the final Camera-Ready version.
Only one Author is allowed to enter the conference hall with one registration fee. Other Co-authors, if want to attend conference then they should register as co-author.
Conference registration fee does not includes T/A and D/A. Registration fee only includes entrance to the conference hall, snacks, lunch, conference kit and paper publication fee.
Three weeks prior to conference, no refund will be given.
